In a recent project, we successfully combined multiple waterproofing systems to address a persistent and challenging leak at the junction between a concrete and block wall in a hospital. This issue was particularly complex as it occurred in the ceiling space above crucial radiology scanning equipment, which needed to remain operational as we carried out the repairs.
To ensure the uninterrupted use of the radiology equipment, we constructed a dustproof temporary timber hoarding along with a mezzanine floor above the existing ceiling. This setup not only protected the equipment below but also allowed us to carry out the necessary repairs without disrupting hospital operations
